The Energy Leadership Forum 2027

Connecting energy leaders, innovators, and emerging talent to inspire leadership, drive innovation, and shape the future of energy. CONNECT: People. Customers. Community. Formerly Florida's Women in Energy Leadership Forum, The Energy Leadership Forum enters its 12th year with a renewed identity, an expanded vision, and the same commitment to INFORM. INSPIRE. MOTIVATE. Recognized as one of the premier energy leadership conferences in the Southeast, The Energy Leadership Forum brings together more than 400 energy executives, policymakers, regulators, industry innovators, and emerging professionals from across Florida and beyond. What began as a vision to elevate leadership, foster meaningful relationships, and inspire the next generation has evolved into a dynamic gathering of the people and organizations shaping the future of one of America's most essential industries. Our mission remains rooted in informing, inspiring, and motivating current and future energy leaders while creating opportunities for collaboration, professional development, mentorship, and meaningful dialogue on the issues impacting our industry. 2027 Theme: CONNECT — People. Customers. Community. As the energy industry navigates unprecedented demand, emerging technologies, infrastructure investment, affordability, reliability, and evolving customer expectations, the importance of connection has never been greater. The 2027 Forum will explore how energy leaders can strengthen the connections that matter most: connecting people and ideas across the industry, building trust and delivering value to customers, and investing in the communities we serve. Through engaging keynote presentations, executive-level discussions, thought-provoking panels, and unparalleled networking opportunities, attendees will gain valuable perspectives on the challenges, innovations, and opportunities shaping the energy landscape. Connecting Today's Leaders with Tomorrow's Talent A cornerstone of the Forum is our commitment to developing the next generation of energy leaders. By connecting students and emerging professionals with established executives, industry experts, and mentors, we create opportunities to cultivate talent, encourage leadership, and strengthen the future energy workforce.
