We’ll begin with a grounding yoga flow before moving into meditation and a deeply restorative sound healing experience. As the sun sets and the full moon rises over the water, we’ll create intentional space for reflection and release — letting go of what no longer needs to come with us into the next season. What to Bring: Yoga mat and/or blanket Journal + writing utensil Water Optional bathing suit for an ocean dip An open heart and willingness to slow down and let go 🌕
