Settle in for happy hour while Chef Kim Teasley prepares paella over our patio fire cauldron, just as it’s traditionally prepared in Spain. At 𝟕:𝟎𝟎𝐩𝐦, we’ll move inside The Gray for a beautiful four-course dinner featuring: 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 • Spanish Market Salad with mixed greens, cucumber, tomato, sweet peppers, shaved Manchego and sherry vinaigrette 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 • Land Paella — chicken, chorizo, green beans and lemon • Sea Paella — shrimp, mussels, roasted peppers and tomato Enjoy a little of each or choose your favorite. Our Land and Sea paellas will be prepared completely separately to accommodate seafood allergies.
