We're bringing special guest instructor Mia Rose all the way from Atlanta, Georgia to teach movement, muscle control, body confidence, and high-energy choreography. Expect a mix of beginner-friendly instruction, challenging workouts, and plenty of opportunities to let loose and have fun.
