While seated in a chair we become more familiar with the content of our experience: Our breath, body, mind, emotions, environment and awareness. We then run through simple self-regulating practices with easy to follow along movements while we breathe and feel without judgement to help bring us to a restorative state. If you're looking for a simple way to help change your life in a positive direction and collectively with others, that's exactly what we are here to do. Little by little we can together make a positive difference in the world at large. Donations are welcome but not needed. Come regardless. **Please note that very rarely there will be an absent custodian to close up the building and on those days the gathering may be cancelled. If so, the event will not show up in the dates where tickets are available. A little about the facilitator: Paul Francis Zegarac is a brain-cancer survivor which led him into learning various mind-body practices to bring balance into his life. After experiencing the positive changes he has dedicated the rest of his life to creating gatherings where individuals can come together to help create positive change within individuals and collectively ripple into communities.
