Cleveland 80s-Themed 45+ Bootcamp Workout and Social

A low-pressure workout and social night for professionals 45 and up. Move at your own pace, then unwind with food and real conversation. After enough requests from our community, we're finally launching a Sweat + Connect built specifically for the 45-and-over crowd! "Sweat + Connect 45+" brings the same energy as the young professionals' version: it brings people over 45 who want to move their bodies, meet genuinely interesting people, and skip the small talk that usually comes with networking events. Here's how the night works: • A guided outdoor workout, led by ISSA-Certified Trainer Christian Pizarro, with modifications for every fitness level, whether you work out five days a week or haven't in five years • Partner and small-group exercises with a CPF tradition: fitness games • A relaxed mixer afterward with food, drinks, and conversation • Wellness insight from Carrie's Weight and Wellness Coaching, for anyone curious about nutrition alongside movement And if you're curious to know, YES, we will present The Belt to one lucky participant. This one's for the 45-and-up crowd, so you'll be moving and mingling with people at a similar stage of life and career. Come solo or bring a friend. Either way, you'll leave with new faces in your corner. Carrie's and Come Prepared Fitness clients will have priority and a discounted rate, regardless of age.
