Fall Grounding: Aufguss + Himalayan Sound

Sauna Master Elise Free will lead three sauna rituals using essential oils, snowballs and traditional towel-waving techniques, joined by Mary Boehnlein who will bring Himalayan singing bowls into the sauna for an immersive sound experience. Expect a slower, more meditative evening designed to help you settle in, become present and reconnect as we move into a new season. The experience includes three sauna rituals with cooling breaks between rounds, allowing time to rinse, plunge and reset before returning to the heat. Aufguss is a German word that translates to steam infusion—you may also hear it called pour over. But it’s so much more than that. It’s a sauna ritual where heat, steam, scent, and movement are orchestrated with precision.
