Beginning with a few gentle hammock stretches to decompress the body led into a guided mediation to set intention for evening and calm the mind followed with soothing frequencies of healing instruments surrounding you while you relax in an aerial hammock. ✨When: 3rd Friday of each month ✨Time: 7pm ✨Where: Goddess Aerial Arts What to bring: •Water •Blanket •Small pillow / yoga bolster( optional)
