Little Zen Yoga: Yoga Club Old Brooklyn

WELCOME TO THE YOGA CLUB The Yoga Club — Made just for our littlest yogis (ages 4–6)! A fun & interactive yoga class blending music, games, partner poses, crafts, and breathing tools that build focus, confidence, and connection through joyful movement and play. Little ones will move, stretch, and giggle their way through a class designed just for their age and energy — no experience necessary, and every activity is built to meet them exactly where they are. Through playful movement and hands-on activities, kids strengthen their bodies, practice calming breathing tools they can use anywhere, and build the kind of focus and self-confidence that carries far beyond the mat. It's a joyful, welcoming space where scholars connect with new friends, try something new, and feel proud of themselves along the way. What to Bring: • Yoga mats will be provided — no need to bring your own! • Comfortable clothes and a water bottle Who Is Little Zen Yoga? Little Zen Yoga is a Cleveland-based mobile youth wellness organization bringing yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness programming directly into schools and communities across Northeast Ohio. This fall, we're expanding that mission into the community directly through The Yoga Club, a f pop-up series bringing joyful, interactive yoga experiences to neighborhood spaces across Cleveland — building the same skills we teach in schools into everyday family life. At Little Zen Yoga, we believe regulated kids learn better, calmer classrooms function better, and stronger communities start with giving young people the tools to breathe, move, and grow.
