In this class, you’ll receive hands-on instruction and sample three bourbon cocktails: Bourbon Smash A fresh, citrusy summer bourbon cocktail made with WRD Small Batch Bourbon, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, mint, and an optional splash of Fever-Tree Club Soda. Bourbon Old Fashioned A timeless classic featuring WRD Small Batch Bourbon, Sugar in the Raw simple syrup, Angostura bitters, a large-format ice cube, and an expressed orange peel. Boulevardier A bold, spirit-forward cocktail made with WRD Small Batch Bourbon, Campari, and Antica Formula Sweet Vermouth — perfect for guests who prefer something rich, balanced, bitter, and less sweet. You’ll learn how to build balanced bourbon cocktails using fresh citrus, organic spirits, simple syrups, bitters, quality ingredients, proper shaking and stirring techniques, large-format ice, and easy garnishes. You’ll also learn how to batch selected bourbon cocktails for home entertaining, including ready-to-pour options that can be kept chilled and served over a large-format ice cube.
