In this class, you’ll receive hands-on instruction and sample three tequila-style cocktails: Tommy’s Margarita A fresh, simple, patio-perfect margarita made with WRD Organic Blanco, fresh lime juice, and agave simple syrup. WRD Paloma A bright, sparkling grapefruit cocktail featuring WRD Organic Reposado, fresh grapefruit, fresh lime, agave simple syrup, and Fever-Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit. Reposado Negroni A bold, spirit-forward cocktail made with WRD Organic Reposado, Campari, and Antica Formula Sweet Vermouth — perfect for guests who prefer something less sweet and more complex. You’ll learn how to build balanced cocktails using fresh citrus, organic agave spirits, quality mixers, agave simple syrup, proper shaking technique, easy garnishes, and smart batching tips for entertaining at home. The Tommy’s Margarita will also serve as a foundation cocktail. Once you understand the base recipe, you can customize it with cucumber, jalapeño, strawberries, watermelon, peach, blackberry, or whatever summer fruit looks best that week.
