Come Home to Your Body. 💜 Practical Reiki Level 1 Training A beginner-friendly journey into energy healing, self-discovery, and trusting yourself. Have you ever felt stuck in your thoughts, disconnected from your body, or unsure how to trust your own intuition? Maybe you’re someone who gives so much of yourself to others that you forget to pour back into yourself. Maybe you’ve been feeling called to explore spirituality, understand your energy, or find new ways to support your own healing. Whatever brought you here, you’re welcome. Join Ellen Maris, Practical Reiki Master, for a cozy, welcoming, and interactive Reiki Level 1 training designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore the beautiful world of energy healing. This isn’t just about learning Reiki. It’s about creating space to listen to yourself, connect with your body, explore your intuition, and discover new ways to nurture your mind, body, and spirit. No experience needed. No pressure to believe anything. Just come curious. ✨ What You’ll Learn & Explore Throughout our three hours together, we’ll explore: • The Foundations of Reiki: Discover what Reiki is, its history, principles, and how energy healing is traditionally practiced. • Mind-Body Connection: Explore ways to slow down, become more present, and reconnect with your body rather than getting caught up in your thoughts. • Chakras & Energy Centers: Learn about the traditional chakra system and how it’s understood within energy-healing practices. • Intuition & the Clairs: Explore different forms of intuitive awareness and practice listening to your inner guidance. • Self-Reiki & Healing Others: Learn foundational Reiki techniques that you can incorporate into your own self-care routine or share with others. • Animal & Distance Reiki: Explore how Reiki practitioners approach energy work with animals and from a distance. • Hands-On Practice: Experience guided exercises and opportunities to practice what you’ve learned. You’ll also have the opportunity to connect with like-minded people who are exploring their own paths toward healing, spirituality, and personal growth. 🌸 Who Is This Training For? You don’t have to consider yourself spiritual to belong here! This experience may be especially meaningful if you: • Find yourself overthinking or feeling disconnected from your body. • Give so much energy to others that you sometimes feel depleted. • Want to explore holistic wellness and spiritual practices. • Are curious about chakras, intuition, or energy healing. • Want to create more intentional moments of calm and self-connection. • Are interested in learning Reiki for yourself or eventually sharing it with others. • Simply feel drawn to this experience, even if you can’t quite explain why! You do not need any previous Reiki experience, special abilities, or spiritual knowledge. 💗 More Than Just a Class My intention is to create a warm, welcoming space where you feel comfortable asking questions, exploring something new, and connecting with yourself. This is an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life, slow down, and spend a few hours investing in YOU. You don’t need to have everything figured out. If anyone like me needs flexibility, and a responsive instructor, look no further. In addition, if you’re like I was and possibly practicing reiki unintentionally (giving your energy away and being constantly depleted) then PLEASE DO THIS for yourself even if you have no plans to practice for others.” — Kris, Practical Reiki Level 1 Student 🌙 Meet Your Instructor Hi!
