Qigong & Meditation

Qigong & Meditation. Breath/Body/Mind awareness and simple regulation of all. No experience necessary. Simple and to the point. Join us :) I have been exploring breath/body/mind practices for 11 years and have simplified and condensed what I believe to be some of the most useful ways to help bring one back to the present moment using the breath and body to get to a restorative state. Moments of stillness, moments of rhythmic bouncing releasing movement, moments of gentle movement. Everything we do is nice and simple and no experience is necessary. Come explore your subtle nature to be able to nourish it more easily throughout daily life. You are always welcome. -Paul Francis Zegarac [email protected] www.mindsetguidance.org
