Between figuring out what’s for dinner, finishing up one more email, and getting everyone where they need to be, Friday can fly by before you’ve had a chance to catch your breath. Shabbat, Just Because, invites you to do something a little different: sit down, share a meal, catch up, and enjoy being together. Shabbat is the Jewish day of rest and offers a chance to step away from the week's usual rhythm to enjoy rest, connection, and joy. We’ll welcome Shabbat, share a meal, and explore what it can look like to bring Jewish wisdom into an ordinary Friday night. No holiday. No milestone. No special occasion. Just Shabbat, just because.
