University Circle Inc. (UCI) is the nonprofit community service organization responsible for developing, serving and advocating for University Circle as a vibrant and complete neighborhood. About Kulas Hall This event takes place in Kulas Hall at the Cleveland Institute of Music, fully revitalized following a 15-month, $22 million renovation completed in October 2025. The reimagined hall, designed by Threshold Acoustics and J. KURTZ Architects, features a ceiling raised by 30 feet, expanded interior volume, adjustable acoustic banners and panels, 460 newly optimized ADA-compliant seats, and state-of-the-art production technology including upgraded lighting and multi-camera livestreaming capability.
