Tapped In Yoga in the Beer Garden: a slow-flow, breath-led nervous system reset. Mindful movement, grounding energy, all levels welcome. Tapped In Yoga at Forest City Brewery Join us for Tapped In, a grounding yoga experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and reset. Through gentle, breath-led movement and intentional pacing, you’ll leave feeling more balanced, centered, and at ease. For the summer season, classes will be held outdoors in the beer garden, offering a relaxed and welcoming space to move and unwind in community. In the event of rain, class will be moved indoors to the beer hall. Please bring a yoga mat, water, layers + a friend! All levels welcome. Expect: • Foundational alignment • Mindful sequencing • Breath awareness woven throughout • Intentional movement without rushing • A calm, grounded atmosphere This is not a fast-paced power class. This is a slow-flow, basics inspired yoga session. After class, you're welcome to enjoy the welcoming brewery atmosphere. Craft beverages, cocktails, NA options and tasty, hearty food are available.
