A kids yoga class all about kindness: partner poses, games & a craft to share. Ages 4-6. Kindrid Kava, Old Brooklyn. The Yoga Club : Old Brooklyn Oct 17 Kindness Crew is a playful yoga class for our littlest yogis, part of The Yoga Club City Tour. We'll talk about what kindness looks like, then practice it with partner poses, cooperative games, and kindness cards to make and share. Date & Location: Saturday, October 17 | Kindrid Kava (Old Brooklyn) Ages: 4-6 | 45 minutes What kids will learn: Simple breathing tools and mindfulness practices they can use anywhere to stay calm, focused, and confident, plus how small acts of kindness make everyone around them feel good. What kids will do: • Start with breathwork and a gentle yoga warm-up • Talk together about kindness • Partner poses and games • Decorate a Dino craft • Wind down with a mindfulness activity and relaxation What to bring: Comfy clothes and a water bottle. Mats and all materials are provided.
