Winter Solstice Ceremony

Join Caressa and Molly for a winter ceremony that includes journaling, a seasonal mocktail and candle magick! As the light gets shorter and the nights grow longer, we make our way to the shortest day : Yule - the Winter Solstice. Just when the darkness grows to its greatest extent, the light is reborn. In these tumultuous times of extremes, Winter Solstice is the reminder that the greatest darkness contains the seed of light. And like seeds lying dormant beneath the winter soil, we are invited to rest and reflect on what is waiting to emerge within and around us. As transformation is quietly unfolding, hope asks us to embrace this pause and believe in what is yet to come. We invite you to celebrate the mystery and wonder of Winter. Let yourself sink into a guided meditation that aligns you with the virtues present in this time of year as you sip a seasonal mocktail specifically created to warm and comfort. Let’s celebrate together! In our ceremony we will: • Consciously step from one season into the next with ritual and reflection • Celebrate all that warms us and gives us hope • Acknowledge the practices and traditions of our cultures and ancestors • Invoke the energy of the elements and goddesses of this season to breathe life into all that we are experiencing • Enjoy a seasonal, reiki-infused Verbena mocktail that highlights the flavors of Winter • Create candle magick by annointing and carving into a candle, infused with your intentions that you will take home to light throughout the season • Journal and optionally share about our experiences • Receive guidance from oracle cards Come, celebrate what’s hopeful in you!
