Coming Home to You is a four-part self-discovery series created for moms who are ready to pause, reconnect with themselves, and remember who they are beyond what everyone else needs them to be. Each session stands on its own, so you can join for one conversation or experience the entire journey. September 30 - Where Are You Now? Take an honest look at where you are and reconnect with the woman beneath the roles. October 7 - Understanding You Explore your unique way of moving through the world through the lens of Human Design and learn to honor the differences that make each of us unique. October 14 - You Matter Too Explore self-care beyond bubble baths and getting away for a weekend. Discover grounding techniques, stress reduction, healthy practices, and ways to make space for fun in everyday life. October 21 - Loving Without Losing Yourself Explore the line between support, enabling, boundaries, and letting our children have their own journey. Come for one conversation or experience the complete journey of Coming Home to You. COST: $10 per person.
