Join us for a restorative Mercury Retrograde Sound Bath designed to help you soften the rush of everyday life and create space for reflection. As crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other healing instruments fill the room, you’ll be invited to rest comfortably and let the sounds and vibrations support your nervous system. A sound bath can be a beautiful way to move through this season with more intention—not by trying to “fix” everything, but by giving yourself time to settle, listen inward, and release what feels heavy or overstimulating. WHAT IS A SOUND BATH? A sound bath is a meditative experience where people are "bathed" in sound waves produced by various overtone-emitting instruments, including singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and more. During a sound bath, people lie down and listen to resonant sounds, allowing their brain waves to slow and shift from a more active state to a more relaxed or dreamlike state. The goal of the experience is to invite deep rest and relaxation, explore self-inquiry and self-discovery, and help people let go of stress, anxiety, or other worries. A sound bath is typically a way of managing anxiety, soothing the nervous system, and blocking all the ideas and thoughts out of your consciousness as you connect with your body. Our sound baths may include the following instruments: over 70 Crystal Singing Bowls & Tibetan Singing Bowls (including 5 sets of Chakra Tuned Singing Bowls), Crystal Quartzophone Harp, Zaphir Chimes, Bar Chimes, Flutes, Rain Stick, Buffalo Drum, Ocean Drum, Steel Tongue Drum, Handpans, Kalimba, Tingshas and other traditional instruments from around the world. WHAT TO BRING: To help us care for our premium floor cushions, we ask that you please bring one sheet to cover your mat and one blanket to stay warm during the sound bath. You’re also welcome to bring a pillow for extra comfort. This helps us maintain a clean, cozy space for everyone. No yoga mat needed! Come dressed comfortably, bring water, and eat beforehand.
