As the Southwest Director for More Than An Athlete Emotional Intelligence, Neesha works with athletes individually and in group settings, helping them develop emotional intelligence and navigate the unique pressures and stressors that come with high-level athletic performance. Her work focuses on supporting both performance and personal well-being. Neesha also serves as the Student Pathways Coordinator for Colorado Springs School District 11, where she is helping lead the development of the district's Mental Health Pathway and building meaningful community partnerships to create opportunities for students. In addition, she serves as SafeSport Director for the Colorado Amateur Hockey Association, providing education, training, resources, and support to help promote safer environments throughout the hockey community. Join us as Neesha shares her journey, the experiences that have shaped her passion for this important work, and her insights on the powerful connection between emotional intelligence, mental well-being, performance, and helping others succeed—both on and off the field.
