Come hear the story behind the business—and the person behind the business. Join us for an engaging afternoon of Sips & Stories, where we go beyond the business card and get to know the real person behind the professional title. Our featured guest, Rick Webster, President & CEO of Kairos Flooring LLC, operating as Floor Coverings International of Northern Colorado Springs, brings a unique combination of military logistics, pastoral leadership, entrepreneurship, and a genuine commitment to serving people. But this conversation isn't just about flooring. It's about leadership. Integrity. Starting over. Serving others. Building trust. And what it really takes to build something that lasts. Rick's journey from military service to entrepreneurship has shaped the way he leads his company today. His approach centers on education, transparency, personal service, and building relationships—not simply making a sale. And if you've ever wondered what happens when the lessons learned in one chapter of life become the foundation for the next, you won't want to miss this conversation. 🎙️ Meet Our Guest: Rick Webster Rick Webster leads a Colorado Springs-based flooring business built around personalized service and an educational approach to helping homeowners make important decisions.
