Welcome to The Hearth: Dementia Caregiver Support Group happening monthly at St. Luke's Church, starting on January 19, 2026 at 3:30 PM! Join the facilitation by Abe's Garden Columbia for a safe space where caregivers can share experiences, tips, and support one another. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed or just need to connect with others who understand, this group is here for you. Let's come together, listen, and uplift each other. Free and open to the community! Meeting the 3rd Monday of every month.
