Beyond the Ribbon: Where Health Meets Wellness

Celebrate Breast Cancer Awareness Month with expert insights on breast health. Then move, breathe and reset with Pilates. Join Vibing on the Mat x Groove Pilates & Wellness for an intentional afternoon centered on health, wellness, education and connection. Hear from two physicians from the John B. Amos Cancer Center and a local breast cancer survivor in a meaningful conversation about breast health, early detection, screenings, treatment, and self-advocacy, followed by an audience Q&A.
