ALEC Sound Bath & Meditation Experience

Please join us for a unique sound bath presentation of crystal singing bowls and violin in our EES Light Room. Seating limited. ALEC Sound Bath Experience This will be a most unique hour-long sound bath experience blending the calming vibrations of crystal singing bowls and harmonic instruments with the expressive tones of live violin tuned to 432 Hz. The violin weaves gentle melodies through the resonant tones of the bowls, creating a soothing soundscape designed to support deep relaxation and presence. This sound experience is enhanced by the EESystem in our Light Room which generates a multi-dimensional energy field designed to support overall balance and well-being. When combined with intentional sound, the space becomes a powerful container for relaxation, reflection, and energetic reset. Participants will settle comfortably into zero-gravity chairs and leather recliners, allowing the body to fully relax while being surrounded by a layered field of resonant sound. The Power of Violin & Crystal Bowls Crystal singing bowls create a rich field of sustained harmonic tones that can help calm the nervous system and invite deep relaxation. The violin brings a different dimension to the experience — a warm, expressive voice that moves through the sound field with gentle melodies and long resonant tones. Together, the bowls provide the foundation of vibration, while the violin adds movement, emotion, and flow, creating a sound journey that many people experience as deeply immersive and meditative. With the violin tuned to 432 Hz, the soundscape emphasizes natural resonance and harmonic balance, allowing the entire room to settle into a calm and coherent field of sound. 432 Hz is a widely considered healing frequency believed to reduce stress, improve mental clarity, promote relaxation, anxiety reduction and improved sleep cycle.
