Garlic Butter Shrimp – Tender shrimp quickly sautéed in garlic, butter, white wine, and fresh herbs. This classic surf-and-turf pairing showcases proper shrimp cookery and flavorful pan sauces. You will be standing and cooking for most of the class, so we recommend wearing comfortable shoes.
