Art Therapy: Rooted: Healing Beneath The Surface | A Grief Club Experience

A guided painting session exploring healing, grief, connection, and emotional flow. All materials included with each ticket. ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE Healing doesn’t always happen on the surface. Sometimes, it asks us to slow down, look within, and tend to the parts of ourselves that need a little more care. Rooted: Healing Beyond the Surface is an art therapy-inspired painting experience inviting you to unwind, create, and explore what healing looks like beneath the surface. Through guided painting and meaningful reflection, we’ll consider what keeps us rooted, what needs tending, and how to give ourselves grace in every season of life. Whether you’re navigating grief, moving through change, rediscovering yourself, or simply making space to breathe, this experience invites you to meet yourself where you are. This is not about being a “good artist.” This is about expression, reflection, and giving yourself room to grow. Please check your emails for details on how to enter once on-site. 🖌 WHAT TO EXPECT • A guided grounding experience • Gentle reflection on what keeps us rooted • A guided painting session led by Canvas by Candace • Space to explore what needs care and where grace is needed • Gentle conversation and sharing (optional) • A closing reflection No painting experience required.
