In this interactive class, you'll prepare a menu inspired by classic seaside cuisine while learning professional techniques you can recreate at home. You will be standing and cooking for most of the class, so comfortable shoes are recommended. Sandals, flip-flops, and high heels are not permitted in Columbus State kitchens.
