Join us for a no-BS, real talk session where you can ditch the stress and connect with others who feel the same. Let’s get real, let’s get raw, and most importantly, let’s get done. Led by two amazing, trauma informed ThetaHealing instructors you will be supported as you release the weight of other people's expectations, guilt, disrespect, anger, whatever it is that you are DONE with. Many women carry the burden ot the mental and emontional labor in mutiple faucets of our lives. If you are ready to let go, this event is for you.
