Meditate & Create: Chakra Series – Root Chakra

Get grounded and unleash your creativity while tuning into your Root Chakra energy. Join us for the first class in our Meditate & Create Chakra Series, where we begin our journey by exploring the Root Chakra (Muladhara)—the energy center of grounding, stability, safety, and belonging. Through a guided meditation, you’ll be invited to connect with the energy of your root chakra, release what no longer serves you, and cultivate a deeper sense of balance and inner security. Following the meditation, you’ll express your experience through a creative art project designed to encourage reflection and personal insight. No artistic experience is necessary—this class is about the process, not perfection. Whether you’re new to chakra work or looking to deepen your spiritual practice, this welcoming space offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and nurture your mind, body, and spirit. Included: - Guided Root Chakra Meditation - Creative Art Experience - All Art Supplies Provided - A supportive, peaceful environment - Snacks Come as you are and leave feeling more grounded, centered, and connected. No meditation or art experience is required.
