Paint & Sip: Botanical Shadow Painting

Step out of your routine and into a creative evening at Terra Gallery. Create a beautiful, one of a kind minimalistic painting. BYOB! Paint & Sip: Botanical Shadow Painting A fun, beginner-friendly art night Shake up your usual night out and try something a little different. This Paint & Sip Botanical Shadow Painting event is a fun, creative way to spend an evening—whether you’re coming for a date night, a friend hang, or just looking for something more interesting than scrolling or another dinner out. Bring your favorite beverage, grab a brush, and enjoy a laid-back but energetic art experience where conversation, creativity, and a little experimentation are all encouraged. This experience includes artist-grade materials, custom-mixed color palettes, and step-by-step instruction from a professionally trained painter to help you create something truly special. 🌿 What You’ll Make You’ll create a minimalist botanical shadow painting using flowers and foliage—no drawing or painting experience needed. You will paint on an 11x14 inch canvas with high-quality, artist-grade acrylic paints. How it works: • Each station includes a flower or leaf arrangement. • You’ll play with the placement to cast a shadow onto your canvas. • With the canvas lying flat on the table, you’ll trace the shadow and paint it in. • From there, the instructor will guide you through finishing details and layering. The process is hands-on, interactive, and surprisingly satisfying. Everyone ends up with a clean, modern artwork that feels intentional and stylish—something you’ll actually want to hang on your wall or give as a gift. 🎨 Make It a Ritual The color palette changes weekly, which makes this a great recurring event. Come back with a partner or friend and build a mini collection of paintings in different colors—display them together or spread them throughout your space for a cohesive, gallery-style look. 🍷 Paint & Sip Vibe • BYOB (wine, cocktails, mocktails—your call) • Social, upbeat, and welcoming • Music, conversation, and creative energy • All materials provided—just show up ready to have fun This isn’t about being “good at art.” It’s about doing something playful, creative, and a little out of the ordinary. 💐 Great For • Date nights and anniversaries • First dates (no awkward small talk—your hands stay busy) • Friends’ night out • Experience gifts instead of stuff Come paint, sip, laugh, and leave with art you actually love.
