Pilates meets praise! Ladies! Join us for a morning of movement, worship & fellowship designed for all fitness levels. Move your body. Lift your praise. Enjoy fellowship. 💜 New Eve Wellness and Selah Abide Lael are coming together for Pilates + Praise Dance — a faith-filled movement experience designed to strengthen the body while making space for worship and connection. We’ll begin on the mat with a Pilates session, then get up and move into Praise Dance for a joyful morning of movement and worship. Never tried Pilates? Never praise danced? No worries! All levels are welcome. Come as you are and bring a friend!
