About this event
A woodworking class allows attendees to create a 16" x 10" cutting board from walnut and maple while learning to use various tools and techniques, including sawing, routing, gluing, and finishing. Participants take home their finished cutting board.

Cutting Board Make & Take Class Attendees will make an approximately 16" X 10" Cutting board out Walnut and Maple. While making this classic woodworking gift you'll learn some basic fundamentals like how to safely use the planer, table saw, miter saw, drill press, and router. You'll even learn some common sanding and finishing techniques. All students will get to take home their own cutting board and leave with the knowledge needed to take on advanced projects. Topics Covered: • Sawing Techniques • Routing Techniques • Gluing, Clamping, & Assembly Techniques • Sanding & Finishing Techniques Class Attendees will receive a 15% Coupon for day of class purchases and 10% off 30 days after class purchases.
