Through conscious breathing and guided awareness, you’ll have space to notice what you’re carrying, settle into the present moment, and reconnect with your own inner signals and needs. There is nothing you need to force or achieve. You’re invited to participate at your own pace, listen to your body, and pause or adjust whenever you need to. You may notice: • A sense of emotional release or lightness • Deeper relaxation or mental clarity • Greater awareness of where you hold tension • A shift in energy or vitality • A stronger connection with your own inner signals and needs Everyone’s experience is different. No particular outcome is expected, and no prior breathwork experience is necessary. About Suzette Suzette Sondag is certified in Somatic Release Breathwork and HeartMath. Her approach is compassionate, grounded, and centered on helping people reconnect with their bodies through breath, presence, and greater mind-body awareness. What to bring Wear comfortable clothing and bring water. You are also welcome to bring a blanket or pillow if that will help you feel more comfortable during the session.
