We’ll begin just before sunrise with a mindful hike to the top of Arabia Mountain, giving you time to move, breathe, and slowly wake up with the landscape around you. As the sun begins to rise, we’ll settle in at the summit for a guided breath work & grounding followed by an immersive sound bath beneath the open sky. This experience is designed to help you begin the day feeling grounded, clear, and connected before the rest of the world starts asking anything from you. No meditation experience is needed. Just come ready to walk, breathe, get comfortable, and take in a slower kind of morning.
