Fall Rebirth: A Community Equinox Ceremony

Welcome fall with Kundalini, meditation, sound healing, reflection, and intention-setting for a grounded new season. Join us at Decatur Healing Arts as we welcome the Fall Equinox and the beautiful transition into a new season with new changes. The Equinox offers a natural moment to reflect & find balance. Together, we’ll honor the accomplishments, growth, and experiences we’ve gathered over the past season while turning our attention toward what we need to nurture as we move into autumn. Guided by Kaylyn, this free community gathering will weave together Kundalini-inspired practices & meditation to help us connect inward and set meaningful intentions for the season ahead. We’ll close our gathering honoring the balance and transition of the Equinox with a deeply grounding sound journey led by Felicia. Allow the vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments to support release, renewal, and a sense of inner balance.
