Kindle with Kirtan - A Soundbath and Journaling Experience

An Experiential and Guided Kintsugi Journaling & Sound Bath with vegan dinner. KINTSUGI — BEAUTY IN THE BROKEN An Experiential Kintsugi Journaling & Sound Bath Kintsugi is the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold—honoring the cracks rather than hiding them. In this guided journaling experience, we'll explore the places in our own lives that have been cracked, changed, lost, or transformed. Through Kintsugi journaling prompts, reflection, meditation, and creative expression, you'll be invited to look at your experiences from a different perspective: What have your cracks taught you? What parts of your story have shaped who you are? What are you still trying to hide or repair? And what if those very places could become part of your beauty? We'll move from reflection to release, ending with a restorative sound bath to create space for stillness and integration. You don't need to be an artist. You don't need to know how to journal. Just bring an open mind—and whatever parts of your story you're ready to explore. Reflect. Reframe. Repair. Reveal the gold.
