Join us under the energy of the new moon as we gather in sisterhood to slow down, reconnect, and return to ourselves. Together we’ll move through an evening of Kundalini yoga, breathwork, somatic awareness, journaling, and intentional ritual, creating space to listen deeply to the wisdom already living within us. This circle is an invitation to soften, be witnessed, and remember that healing doesn’t have to happen alone.
