Join us every Wednesdays at 7pm for Warrior Cardio Night! Run, walk, jog or bring a bike. All levels welcome. Move, connect, get stronger! There's no pace to keep up with and no one gets left behind. Walkers, first-time joggers, seasoned runners, and cyclists all share the same route. Go easy and chat the whole way, or push yourself and chase a new personal best. However you move, you're part of the crew. It's a great way to build your endurance base, whether you're working toward your first Spartan or Tough Mudder, getting back into a routine, or just want a reason to get outside and meet people.
