And for the ATLien Edition, we’re making space for all of you: the sensual, the soft, the bold, the awkward, the wild, and especially the parts of yourself you may have been taught were a little too “weird.” This isn’t your typical pole class. You don’t need to know how to climb, spin, or perform. There’s nothing to perfect and no choreography to memorize. Instead, we’ll use the pole as a tool for exploration as we move through somatic practices designed to help you: • Deepen your connection with your body • Explore sensuality without the pressure to perform • Tap into your sacral energy and creative expression • Move in ways that feel authentic to you • Build greater appreciation for your body exactly as it is • Give your “weirdest” expression permission to come out and play We’ll slow down.
