Things to Know Before You Arrive Welcome to The Sorrel Room Supper Club, an intimate Afro-Caribbean dining experience hosted by Chef Burnette. Once a month, I transform my private dining room into an intimate supper club where a small group of guests gather around one table for an elevated five-course culinary experience inspired by my Trinidadian roots, the African diaspora, my travels, and the flavors I love. This is more than dinner—it is an experience centered around food, storytelling, hospitality, culture, and connection. 🍽️ What to Expect • An intimate, limited-seating dining experience • Five thoughtfully prepared and beautifully plated courses • Elevated Afro-Caribbean and Caribbean-inspired cuisine • Chef introductions and storytelling throughout the evening • An elegant tablescape and warm, intimate atmosphere • The opportunity to meet and dine with new people • Approximately 3 hours of dining and conversation Guests are seated together at one beautifully styled communal table. You may arrive as strangers, but the goal is to leave having shared a memorable evening together. 🏡 Venue Information The Sorrel Room is hosted in a private residence in Loganville, Georgia, rather than a traditional restaurant or commercial event venue. Because this is a private residence, the full address and arrival instructions will be provided to confirmed ticket holders prior to the event. Please arrive on time so that everyone can enjoy the full progression of the tasting menu together. 👗 Dress Code Elevated casual / dinner chic. There is no need for formal attire, but this is a beautiful dining experience—so feel free to dress for the occasion. Date-night looks are always welcome. 🥂 Dietary Restrictions & Allergies Because this is a curated multi-course tasting menu, substitutions may be limited. Please disclose food allergies, dietary restrictions, or other food-related concerns when purchasing your ticket. I will do my best to accommodate requests when they are communicated in advance; however, not every restriction can be accommodated.
