Lunch & Learn: Septic, Pools & Wells

This educational session is designed to give real estate professionals a better understanding of what happens during inspections of septic systems, wells, and pools. You’ll learn what equipment inspectors use, what they’re looking for during the inspection process, and important VA requirements that can affect underwriting and a real estate transaction. The class will be taught by Scott and Suzie Regan of QRS Inspections and provides 2 hours of CE credit. The event is hosted by Diane Walker, Epique Realty South Texas Area Leader, with support from Rosanne Moreno of Priority Settlement Group of Texas, Jill Herrera of First American Home Warranty, and Melissa Solis of CrossCountry Mortgage.
