Cacao The Rebirth

As the moon grows full, so can you. Warm cacao, deep breath, and room to let go of what you've been carrying. What are you ready to release so that something new can breathe through you? Join us at Blue Heron Nature Preserve for an intimate outdoor journey weaving together ceremonial grade cacao, Rebirthing Breathwork, nature, and the energy of the approaching Full Moon. We'll begin by arriving. Feet on the ground, phones away, the creek and the trees doing some of the work for us. Then we'll drink cacao with intention, letting its warmth soften the chest and slow everything down. From there, I'll guide you into Rebirthing Breathwork. This is circular connected breathing, a steady rhythm with no pause between the inhale and the exhale. As the breath builds, things begin to move. You may feel tingling, heat, tears, laughter, or a deep stillness. Whatever comes is welcome, and you'll be held through all of it. And we’ll do it surrounded by nature: lying upon the earth, breathing beneath the open sky, and allowing the natural world to become part of the experience. 🌕 Before the Full Moon We gather as the Moon moves toward fullness, a phase we’ll use symbolically to explore expansion, illumination, completion, and release. This is a time for seeing clearly what has ripened in your life and letting go of what you've been holding onto past its season. Your breath becomes the journey. Cacao becomes part of the ritual. Nature becomes the container.
