You’ll start by mastering how to prepare sushi rice and essential ingredients, including flavorful sauces that elevate each bite. This class is relaxed, beginner-friendly, and easy to follow—perfect whether you're completely new to sushi-making or just looking to pick up a new kitchen skill. You’ll craft three delicious rolls: a classic California Roll, a bold Spicy Tuna Roll, and a crispy Shrimp Tempura Roll—all made by you! No experience? No problem! All you need is a love of food and a willingness to have fun. Whether you're planning a unique date night, a bonding activity with your team, or a family-friendly experience, this class offers a great way to connect, create, and enjoy great food together. So grab your partner, a friend, or your coworkers for a fun and flavorful sushi-making experience. You'll leave with new skills—and some tasty rolls to show for it! This class is BYOB! For those over 21, feel free to bring your favorite Sake, wine or beer to pair with your delicious and handmade meal.
