About this event
A 30- minute body scan meditation. Come join us for a relaxing evening in the park! This will be a 30 minute session, that starts with light movement to settle us into the space. The meditation itself is about 15 minutes guided, and the rest music. Nothing is needed execpt for something to lay/sit on, water, and possibly a friend! With many dates available, we hope to see you at one!
