These sessions are held to build community, meet new people and give our bodies an hour of dedication. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, all are welcome to join. See you there! 10:00am - 11:00am Bring your mat, water and small towel (we WILL sweat!) RSVP is required!
