Gwinnett County Third-Party Inspector Meeting

Designed to provide Third-Party Inspectors, Private Professional Providers, and industry partners with important updates. The Building Official’s Association of Georgia (BOAG) in partnership with Gwinnett County Department of Planning and Development invite you to attend our Third-Party Inspector Training on Wednesday, October 7, from 2-4 p.m. at the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center Auditorium (75 Langley Dr, Lawrenceville, GA 30046). This training is designed to provide third-party inspectors, private professional providers, and industry partners with important updates on state construction codes, County regulations, as well as best practices for our industry. This training will also provide an opportunity to strengthen collaboration between Gwinnett County and our Third-Party Inspection partners as we continue to respond to growth and changes within the construction industry. Training Topics Include: • State Construction Code Updates (from Georgia Department of Community Affairs) • Third-Party Inspector Program Updates • Third-Party Inspector Best Practices • Rental Property Inspection Services • Accessory Dwelling Units Regulations This training will qualify for 2 hours of ICC Preferred Provider CEUs.
