Sound Healing Journey

Two-hour immersive Sound Healing Journey with gongs, crystal bowls, drums, & more, followed by ceremonial cacao, relaxation, & connection. Join us for a very special two-hour Sound Healing Journey created to nourish your body, mind, and spirit. For this experience, two facilitators — Alex Ballew and Yuliya Stepanov — will come together to create an immersive landscape of sound using gongs, didgeridoos, crystal and singing bowls, drums, rain sticks, bells, chimes, and many other healing instruments. We will begin by creating an intention for your journey. Perhaps you are coming to deeply relax and regulate your nervous system, release what you no longer need, reconnect with yourself, receive inner guidance, or simply surrender to the vibrations and see where they take you. Allow yourself to rest beneath the thinking mind as waves of sound move through the space, inviting grounding, emotional release, restoration, and deep relaxation. Unlike a traditional sound bath, we will give ourselves more time to experience the journey fully. Afterward, we’ll slowly return, share a taste of ceremonial cacao, and have time for integration, connection, and community. 🤎 About your facilitators ✨ Alex Ballew, founder of Secret River Sounds, is a musician, artist, community leader, and experienced sound facilitator known for his powerful gong work and multi-instrumental approach inspired by traditions and instruments from around the world. ✨ Yuliya Stepanov is a yoga teacher, meditative artist, retreat facilitator, and sound healing practitioner whose work brings together movement, meditation, creativity, ritual, and intentional experiences for body, mind, and spirit. Come comfortable. We encourage you to bring pillows, blankets, bolsters, cushions, and an eye mask. Some props will be available, but the more comfortable and supported your body feels, the deeper you can surrender into the experience. Come with an intention — or simply come as you are. Rest.
