Join us for Strong on Tap at NoFo Brew Co in Gainesville, Ga provided by BNC Fitness! Strong on Tap is a beginner-friendly, bodyweight strength training course designed to give you fundamental knowledge of proper warm-up, common strength training techniques, and recovery info that you can implement at home - no equipment needed! What should I expect? The class will start with a warm-up, then will go into three rounds of bodyweight strength training, followed by a cooldown -- and then hopefully capped off with a drink or two! The class will focus on one upper body section, one lower body section, and one core section that lasts about 45 minutes in total (with appropriate rest breaks)! What should I bring? Nothing but yourself!... and maybe a friend :) Still have questions? Feel free to email Brittany at [email protected]!
