The Sharpening: Building for the Generation Behind You

A monthly gathering for faith-driven professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders. Gather. Sharpen. Go. The Sharpening is a monthly gathering for faith-driven professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders who are building something significant — and who know they were not designed to build alone. Every third Friday evening, we gather — in person and virtually — to worship, sharpen each other through honest conversation, and go back into our careers, businesses, and communities stronger than when we came in. This Month’s Theme: Building for the Generation Behind You What are you building that will outlast you? Leadership isn't only about what we accomplish in our own season. It's also about what we make possible for the people coming after us. The opportunities you create. The knowledge you share. The doors you open. The systems you build. The values you model. The people you develop. This gathering is an invitation to think beyond personal success and consider the legacy we are creating for the next generation. Together, we'll explore what it means to build with intention, lead with purpose, and use what we've been given to create opportunities for those coming behind us. What to Expect ✨ Worship — Refocus on God and the purpose behind what you're building. 💬 Honest Conversation — Talk openly about leadership, responsibility, success, and legacy. 🤝 Community — Connect with faith-driven professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders who are building with purpose. 🔥 Sharpening — Learn from different experiences, perspectives, and generations. 🌱 Legacy — Reflect on what you are building today and who it is ultimately meant to serve. Come With This Question: If the generation behind you inherits what you're building today, what will they receive? Come ready to worship. Come ready to connect. Come ready to reflect. Come ready to be sharpened. Because what we build today can become someone else's starting point tomorrow.
